Created in honor of Jerry A. Kasner (1933-2004), attorney, CPA, nationally known author and speaker who served as professor of Tax Law and Estate Planning at Santa Clara Law from 1961-1998, the Symposium offers attendees the opportunity to learn, earn continuing education credits, interact and receive timely information about key issues related to the estate planning community.
Laurelle Gutierrez and Toni Ann Kruse led an in-depth session entitled “Road Trip! What to Consider When Your Trust Crosses Borders.”
